To drive growth plans in the Baltics forward, Noark Electric is looking for an experienced and independent Sales Engineer for implementation and execution of growth plans in Estonia.
Do you know products of Chint, ABB, Schneider, Eaton? You will be part of a sales department, will deal with a range of high level clients and be responsible for maintaining, developing, and building up professional relationships with key customers.
Your main responsibility will be to establish positive business relationships with customers, achieve sales targets and develop ways of selling to generate further revenue. Leading the sales process from the initial contact with the customer through providing the customer with all necessary commercial (offers, tenders, other) and technical documentation, monitoring supply process and finally looking after on time payment effecting by the customer. Maintaining and increasing of the cooperation with existing customers as well as working through the acquisition. Further establishing of contact with engineering companies and develop the cooperation on a professional level.
You will be developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies for the respective area. Forming tight cooperation and reporting procedures with first line manager and other departments to ensure well organized information flow towards these departments and smooth sales process.
The ideal candidate holds an electrotechnical master degree and is an energetic and enterprising sales person with minimum 3 years of working experience in low-voltage electric sales or equal. Personality-wise we are looking for a positive and out-going attitude and the capability of working both independently and in a team. This position will suit a self-motivated, goal-oriented professional with a structured working style and diplomatic approach to customers.
Apart from speaking Estonian, your English language skills are at a good communicative level (all writing/reading/speaking). Your knowledge of Russian language will be a big advantage. User knowledge of IT tools (MS Office) and a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism is a must.
